Voluum complete setup with traffic sources (6)

I am new and have been up and running about about 2 months now....

I set everything up using the videos and guides provided and I've been tracking clicks and conversions... and this works...


But I noticed that some others are tracking a lot more stats than I am....


How exactly can I set up Voluum so it tracks everything else from a traffic source? such as impressions, costs etc....


I'm doing that manually right now, I spent x here, I spent y there, I made z profit here.... but it would nice to have it all in one place if possible....


I have the following traffic sources setup in my Voluum.

1. mgid
2. traffic junky
3. facebook
4. content.ad


Is it possible to have more than just clicks and conversions tracked?

Such as impressions & costs so it can give me numbers for ctr, revenues & profits?


I tried using the impression url that voluum provides as the url for my campaigns... lol ... bad idea...

it tracked clicks as impressions and then after a day or do I realized that the url does not even go to the offer... oops wasted some money


Or what I'm looking to do just not possible with those traffic sources?


I've seen some other people voluum panels and they have impressions being tracked, revenue, costs, ctr profits etc..... but I know they used zeropark... is that why? its traffic source dependent?

It is traffic source dependent.

Can't get into all the details right now so hopefully someone can jump in and elaborate. When you setup a traffic source in Voluum, you can use the "cost" placeholder for the token from a traffic source.

For example, the traffic source might have a token like {{ECPC}} or <<COST>> (just examples) ant then it will pass it back.

Be sure to ask you rep about all available tokens - not all networks have everything documented.

if im not wrong, you can allow track these dynamic tokens when they get passed back from TS to Voluum. i.e. they are completely TS dependent
