So I found a campaign that looks highly profitable and is showing a 100% ROI so far.
Geo is Brazil, traffic sources mostly Exo and a bit Trafficjunky.
I just set up imobitraxx today thus I don't have much information yet.
I'm running with about 500k impressions daily right now so I think I'll gather valuable data very soon.
My question is how you would proceed to scale things up.
EPC is around $0.5, CPC varies from 0.005 and 0.05 depending on ad format and sources.
I got two landing pages in place that I'm testing and CTR is between 2 and 5%.
CR on offer page between 1 and 3%.
This is all fine but there's a lot to be done.
Currently imobitraxx is showing 200 clicks. I already noticed a lot of similar IPs through Exoclick. Is it a good start to block such suspicious IPs? If so, according to what rules (if it appears 2, 3, 5, 10 times before kicking it?)
I'm constantly creating new creatives and throw them into the mix. I drop a creative when it's 100% worse than the best one (for example when the best one is 0.5% I drop with 0.25% and below).
I do not want to test too many presale pages as of now.
I think about running RON on Exoclick with high volume and just see what sticks. Currently I'm only using premium spots there. Maybe I can find good sources to make a direct buy as well.
In regards to Trafficjunky the CTR is way lower and CPCs are close to break even with 0.05 which is fairly high for this geo. Again, I don't want to kick it too early. I'll deselect some placements with click prices above this threshold (not sure if this is a good idea though).
How would you proceed in this stage? Personally I'd try to get as many data as possible, try out more traffic sources and see what works best.
