This thread to inform you that ExoClick team is now on STM forum. It is not common that we use this channel of communication and we decided to go first with STM members

ExoClick is the largest adult ad network period. The founders and team behind it is phenomenal, and they constantly improve their platform.

AdultAdsPro has been integrated with them for a couple of years now I think.

Hi @dlegia ,

We are a self service platform and focus a lot on our interface and tools so it is easy to use by anyone. We have many long term clients managing their account themselves.

Still, it is true that a limited amount of large accounts are assigned to Account Managers.
It is managed case by case and you are entitled to get an AM once you have a stable spending between $25,000 and $50,000.

In any case, you can ask any question/advice to our Customer Service team.

@thunderx3: we are sorry you are having a bad experience with our network; security is one of our top priorities, as a result we are quite strict on our rules. This is for the best of our publishers and advertisers.

Hey great to see you guys! Eventually someone I can talk to who might listen!

I am a consistent media buyer and have good relationships to some adult advertising networks which I don't want to name here.

Also having spent over 5000€ on FaceBook this year alone.

I make all my money online and can even afford to live abroad.

I got a VAT ID for both my self proprietorship and my legal entity. Almost a year ago I tried to sign up the self proprietorship at Exoclick.

However, shortly after getting my VAT ID validated and making a payment of 200 € the account was closed due to fraud warning.

Then I tried it again for the legal entity. Same thing happened.

Nobody at Exoclick wanted to explain to me why. Nobody listened to me.

This is totally weird, and I don't understand why.

Please help me getting my account activated at last.

If you want to meet at AWA this year we can meet up in person if you want to verify it first hand that I am really no fraud over a bear or so.

This network is so Rubbish. let me tell you my story.

I am a genuine person lives in UK and pay all my taxes and i supply them all they asked including the company registration document, my passport, driving licesne and many other required document. but hey after several phone calls and dealing with their pathetic staff, they just refuse my application for no reason.

The real and Funny thing about this joke of a network is that, My friend who is from india and he applied to this network and got approved without any hassle(by just providing a proof of ID). on top of that even he filed a dispute on paypal for the $200 deposit against them and the funny thing is this network just let him run his campaign by just giving him a warning. such a shame and i just feel bad for this.

They just lost my complete faith and its a loss for them as they lost a genuine advertiser who wanted to spend some money.

I can completely understand your frustration and its true exoclick is getting more and more strict on who they work with. However, if I learned anything during the years Im in this biz : whinning, badmouthing and jeoparding a possible business partner, wont get you anywhere. A number of people got approved at exoclick after the initial rejection, some did so by talking to exoclick reps on this forum, some achieved that by meeting their reps in person at some show etc... none of them did so by calling their operation a joke. The truth is, exoclick is the largest traffic network in the adult biz, you certainly dont want this channel sealed if you really mean to get somewhere in adult.

Exoclick is a company with quite a lot of employees, maybe you ran into someone who miss judged your situation, so try to look for ears more eager to listen and save your energy to prove yourself in a better way

I asked support and got denied, so maybe here I got a little help.

I used to advertise with Exoclick with XXXXX $ this year, not much but something. And for my accounting purpose I need from Exoclick certificate of residency, and I never had problem to get it from other networks, but support told me that I can't get this. I have EU based company, same as you, there should be no problem Maybe here I will get some help.

What exactly do you need? I have a company in the EU too but never got asked for some residency certificate, all I needed was their VAT ID and company adress.

By the way, you must be aware that you have one (or more) Vietnamese scammer(s) providing fake traffic. You should be more careful about your publishers and when you find one like that, you should block and ban him immediately and not tell advertisers to setup domain filters... Because he has dozens of domains. Traffic quality should be your job if you care about your business in the long term.

Good Day,

I created an account a while back and after attempting to launch a campaign last night I received an account termination notice advising me that I did not pass the verification checks. I replied to the message asking to get more information as to what checks they require and how I can provide them. Even though at the bottom of an email it said: Please note we do not enter into discussions about the checks we carry out, or what prevented you from working with us.
I am hoping that they will still get back to me, and if not perhaps you could provide some assistance.

I have been successfully advertising on a variety of platforms, includng TrafficJunky and JuicyAds. I am looking to expand my portfolio of websites that I run traffic on. Could you please let me know what the requirements are in order to get (and keep) a valid account with your network.
