any recommendation or something for an AWESOME -- not ordinary, but really capable
banner designer.

Are you looking solely for a banner designer? If so how many banners do you plan on "ordering" on average? I might chime in if it's worth my time. My rates can also be pretty steep depending on the workload. I focus entirely on conversion focused designs, be it banners, landers, sites, apps, UIs or you name it.

If curious, I design all sorts of stuff for Charles Ngo, Jeremy "Shoemoney", have worked with cmdeal and I may or may not be working with STM right now on a particular project .

yes and no - I do look for banner designer but if that guy can track performances of banners, we can make a deal for that too.
