Private FB Ad Spying Tool for High Vol. Affs (Running since 11' only used internally) (45)

The company I work for has been running a Facebook Ad Spying Tool via a private agreement with a major ad agency for the last few years. The agreement (that included exclusive use) is in the process of being renewed - we are removing the clause that gives this agency exclusivity so we can bring in some more clients - this will allow us to invest more into expanding the tools reach and further develop the infrastructure behind the tool. The software covers newsfeed/rhs and some mobile ads formats (always working on more). The value of the tool is in few people having access to it so I'm only allowed to bring in a few clients for now.

The tool has been gathering data on ads in 50+ countries for the last 3+ years, over 5m ads in the database and well over a billion ads viewed. Very few people have seen the data provided by the tool, hence the pricing of the software is very high. If you're new or haven't had much success (I wish you the best of luck) but this tool certainly isn't for you. It's exciting to be on the inside of seeing how ad angles / approaches have changed so much over the years or in the space of a few months when FB has a 'ban happy' period. There aren't as many affiliate ads showing on the system as there used to be - the ones that are running are cloaked so you need a little know-how to see the flogs/rebills the advertisers are really using. This tool is aimed at high volume $xx,xxx affiliates and agencies looking to get an insider/edge over their competition - the base monthly price of $750 shouldn't make a dent in your monthly ad spend.

This was the main project within my agency but things are moving towards wider web analysis - I'm posting this a few months before everything is fully polished to give you guys a little heads up (we most likely won't decide to take this more public, we like the more tight knit approach).

Feel free to ask any questions (PM box is always open) I might be able to release some data on the ads we gather (on the condition it is not shared elsewhere without my agreement).

Using other Ad Spying Tools will always be beneficial, due to the immense scale of Facebook no one tool will ever be able to grab every wide-spread ad. Facebook has sophisticated algorithms to display ads to accounts in batches it's very likely some tools will pick up ads others can't possibly see.

That being said. They claim 502k ads in their database, so I would say we have better coverage (x10 more). I'm sure the tool has it's merits but I haven't used it myself.

I'd be interested if you can make it more commercial in an effort to lower the price to circa $250-$500/mo.
and there has to be a trial so I can compare and see if it's actually better than the competition.

How strong are you with news feed ads?
Many tools boast with high number of ads in the database (like SAN, which has like 3mil+) but it doesn't really help me because majority are old.

I am interested in nutra ads.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to everyone. I have been busy managing infrastructure changes. The new architecture is now allowing us to update around 160 ads per minute + process mobile and legacy mobile newsfeed ad units. Without a doubt the best Facebook intel tool on the market, thousands of hours have gone into development over the last 4 years. Some STM members have been seeing their own ads in the tool, we're pretty happy about our coverage!

Apologies for not getting back to all messages. For those who have pm'd, we are currently taking in new clients. Some minor improvements coming over the next month or two - interest targeting data (so you can see what pages ads are targeting, if any), newsfeed, mobile and rhs coverage increasing. Nearing 6 million ads in the database. US being the strongest country. Nutra/Skin ads are certainly making a comeback across multiple geos.

Some slots available for January for members with a referral from an existing client. Additional search features were added since the last post on this thread allowing filtering of ads by IP and whois information (for advanced linking of ads - e.g. finding all Shopify ads based on their ip ranges). Filtering ads by domain age and sorting by reaction type options were also added (useful for finding cloaked ads).
