We are two guys from Amsterdam, JonnyClean & AliFuego, and we are going to dominate the tricky mistress that is mobile pop traffic. We both want to do something that has big potential (and that can be possibly scaled to Facebook as well).

I actually have another follow-along running that I will continue to update every one in a while. I'm still gonna be running some adult campaigns on the side, but this will take priority as of now.

We decided to share our LP's and ideas but to start with different traffic sources as to make scaling easier. The idea is that we both master our respective traffic sources (in regards to bidding/placements) and then once we have stuff that works we can easily scale to the other source. We're both running the same geo.

I will split test 4 LPs (that I ripped from a spytool) with 2 offers and see which offer looks the most promising. I will also experiment bid prices with PopAds, I'm using the STM Blacklist to cut initial bad placements (just a couple that are on the top of the list).

Once I have the best offer I'm going to rip more landers and tweak those that are promising.

What I have done so far:

Unfortunantly, I prematurely launched an offer LP combo yesterday, which didnt too well.... I however gained some data, so no love lost there. The LP had a conversion rate of 30% but only a CTR of 0.9%.... So I'm going to try to see what I can do to increase the CTR. I also ripped 5 LP's and created 3 angles for them each.

What I'm going to do today:

I'm going too chose my favorite 3 LP and split them across 3 offers. I will optimize the LP I launched yesterday and try some things to increase its CTR.

PopAds is not worth mastering. Not enough scale/quality. If your buddy does adcash, you could try wiget or propeller.

Or another source that has potential for xxx/day in your geo.

Look for an iphone 6s offer, it converts 20-30% better than the "old" iphone 6

Hey sebastian! It's fun to keep running into you on multiple threads.

Regarding Popads: It really depends on the geo. My experiences are different from yours - I find the traffic quality there to be quite good at least for some of the geos I've run camps on there for. Regarding volume though I agree that they may not have as much volume as adcash/propeller, but I wouldn't give up on popads altogether because the traffic volume for some geos can still make you at least xxx/day in profits (this I know) or even xxxx/day (this I don't know for sure - just my speculation).
