I am thinking of focussing on "Mobile" and targeting it true "Facebook" and focus on "protein/diet products". Is that a smart move? I want the easiest way to get started and learn!

diet/nutra products and Facebook is not the easiest way to learn.
Pick something that you won't have to cloak or worry about if your are breaking terms of service. So you can fully test without your accounts being banned and all your data being worthless.
Also lower payout offers will give you more data for your budget.
in the beginning, don't focus on what's best "profit potential", focus on what will allow you to learn/develop a process. Personally, idk what the best thing right now for a beginner would be, but there's tons of people better suited to answer that question here.

So what is the easiest way people to get started in Mobile?
PIN submits or sweeps are pretty good at the moment. App installs too if you can find a good one, but beware of burned-out offers there.
I'm a fellow noob and I'm going through the 6 Week AMC. My long term focus vertical wise will be diet/skin/muscle/nutra, but in the short-medium term, I'm learning the fundamentals via the AMC which has a focus on mobile offers (lower payouts).
Everyone is different though. Depends on your mindset and resources (time & money).
