Hi guys
How effective do you think it would be (on a cost basis) to use PPV mainly to drop facebook pixels on people. I'm still not sure exactly how the domain targeting works, but for example if you could set it only to fire a popup on a checkout page for amazon.com or walmart.com (after someone has bought something), you could drop a pixel on them and then use that data to build a pretty powerful face-book lookalike audience (ie of people who like to buy xyz type of items)
In other words, using PPV mainly as a source of pixels, rather than a direct advertising route? That would allow one to use the cheaper/lower-converting traffic sources, but still get a lot of mileage from them since you are not really after conversions directly.
Giving this thread a bump. Hope someone with lots of PPV experience can help answer these! Anyone?
