Hi speeds3,

The tool gets you "Pay Per Call-Only" ads Google introduced on February 20, 2015.

Call-only ads can be run by affiliates as you use a phone number for tracking.

Spyfu or SEMrush don't offer call-only ad intelligence (yet).
