Hi Guys,
I'll be running any dating offer I can find on traffic factory. My geo is LATAM and I will document my results, goals and thoughts in this thread.
What I did today:
- Downloaded as many recent adult banners as I could
-Ripped three recent USA adult landers and translated.
-Created second variation of each LP using my knowledge of LATAM's vulgar slang & conversational talk. I will split test my variations with the direct translations.
-Optimized one landing page, here are my thoughts:
1. The images were Krak'd already but I managed to save 150kb+ on the .GIF file after running it though compressor.io.
2. I also saved 20+kb by building my own jquery using only the necessary modules: css & effects modules.
3.The biggest file is the .gif, it's really pissing me off. I'm starting to think of creating the .gif with four .png's and css transitions, is it would cut down the size 80%+.
4. I'll have to research browsers compatibility with css transitions in the future but for now this will do.
5. Saved 1kb on the .css file by running it through UNCSS.
6. I hit my goal of the html and css coming in at less than 14kb.
7. I think I got a little lucky on the speedtest which was at 115ms. LATAM is a different GEO though, might have to change my CDN for this, thinking of testing LATAM CDNs.

What I want to later tonight:
1. Make 30 banners, they can be ripped & translated and I will make some original ones. I need to find the best performer as soon as possible and want to submit them all at once. Waiting for creative approval is very frustrating.
2. Test donweb CDN.
3. Get a VPN and spy
What I will do tomorrow:
Onboard with traffic factory and launch my campaigns as soon as possible.
My short-term goal is to break even in NTVa or NTVb.
My long term goal is to master this traffic source, these GEO's and dominate.
Looking forward to this quick question where did you find some decent LATAM offers?
I haven't run on Traffic Factory for the past year, but from what I remember, it charges by CPC, so it's important for CTR to be high. They would give you a burst of high-quality traffic to new banners to access CTR (they call it the "casting" period). If they don't like a banner's CTR, when the casting period ends they'll send low-quality traffic and in low volume.
I remember some people would take advantage of the casting system by constantly uploading "new" banners - by making slight changes to their best banners and only running them for as long as they were in the casting period. For banners to perform well in the long run they need to have both a high CTR AND a high CR.
Of course their system may have changed in the past year, so what I've said here may or may not apply today. Here are a couple of relatively recent threads on TF you may be interested in reading:

Good luck with TF!

The easy-to-abuse casting system is gone unfortunately. They still have the casting, buts its a low amount of impressions, so it doesnt make sense anymore to fish for those. They also fucked up the tablet and mobile zones by replacing the NTVs with in-video ads ... they should think more about the next step they will do with the network.
Just noticed that the opening post was from last year - did you get anywhere with it Spokesz?
