Desktop Banner Traffic
I created a few banners for a Bingo gaming offer that appear to have significant CTR.
Sadly, the offer was not being seen by users because PeerFly redirects non-mobile optimized offers in attempt to capture revenue that wouldn't otherwise convert (luckily caught this after only a few $$ spent). My only Traffic Source so far is Decisive, so all my traffic is mobile.
Can anyone recommend a Desktop banner Traffic Source? I've looked at ZeroPark, Outbrain, Adblade and a few others but I can't tell if they have banner placements available specifically. Hope this question makes sense.. Thanks!

Decisive is just a DSP (demand side platform) for RTB (real time bidding exchanges). It's really nothing special, there's probably 500 DSP's out there.
There's ad networks that have direct relationships with publisher sites and there's ad networks that just buy from the exchanges and mark up. Typically quality on direct publisher based ad networks are going to be better. This is your outbrains, adblades of the world.
However if you want to stick with buying from an RTB based DSP platform for desktop check out something like http://first-impression.com/home/
Here's more on DSP's.

On an offer page you can see a green "Tools" menu. You can disable this mobile redirect with "Turn mobile money off".
Don't forget that you should switch it for every distinct offer.

Yes, excellent point. When I turned Mobile Money off and tested the particular offer via Opera Emulator the landing page was super huge and didn't look like anyone would convert on a mobile device.
