i am new to mailing.
i bought a list with 100K mails, i set up interwise at private server and did all the technical stuff.
now i want to send the first mail to the list(binary option vertical).
my questiion is what do you think is the best way to do it:
1. to send agrassive promo's and keep sending promo's to the clickers.
2. to send mail with usefull info and try to build an engagement list.
if the second chiose is better can you give tips how to do it?

how is it going with the email marketing campaigns ?
As per your questions, I think you should find a balance and combine both ways. Let's say you can create a project for sending mailers with useful info, to provide an added value to your users and build engagement.
In addition to this you can think about running marketing campaigns on your list and send them promotions through sales oriented mailers, especially created and designed for this purpose.

This is another case where I would suggest looking at what other people are doing. Look at newsmax, Motley Fool, DailyReckoning - Seriously, subscribe to them and see what they're doing. They're working a combo. If you go with the first option, you'll destroy that list pretty quickly.
Is this a clean list? If you are not careful, you can burn IPs very quickly.

If I were you , I would go with the second option.You have bought the list which means it is not an opt-in list so the risk of you wasting your time,efforts and money on people who are not interested in what you have to offer is higher.Build a relationship with your list ,show them how valuable your offering is and then target them as your potential clients.You can strengthen the relationship by providing them a lot more of extra info along with the benefits or even a few free videos or freebies to get them interested.
