Improving Landing Page Experience Quality Score on Adwords

I am running a campaign on Adwords, my quality score is excellent or "above average" for expected clickthrough rate and ad relevance.

But my QS for landing page experience is "below average" for most keywords. I am pulling my hair improving the QS for LP experience, can someone please help?

I have already done the following on my landing page:
1. All content on my LP is original.
2. I have terms and conditions, privacy page, about us page.
3. I have easy to use navigation on my page.
4. The LP is a review style landing page which is providing worthwhile content and is compliant with Google policy for such pages, it is NOT a bridge page, there is a full content filled website.
5. I have tested my landing on page speed test: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/, my score is 74/100 on desktop (I am targeting only desktop for now). My lander is not very mobile compliant, my mobile score is 56/100 on page speed test.
6. I am using my bid keywords on the landing page. Of course I can't put every bid keyword on my landing page as I am bidding for 1000s of keywords but I have put the most relevant ones on my landing page.

Is there anyone who can give me actionable tips on improving LP experience QS, things I can change on my landing page to get my score from "below average" to atleast average for most keywords?

My tips greatly appreciated.
