Tracking Costs with Voluum
So I'm a little confused when it comes to tracking the costs. Right now I'm auto bidding on Facebook CPC (If anyone has any advice on that I'd appreciate it.) My payout is 3.25 for my offer. It's a lead gen for car insurance. I'm trying to figure out how to set up auto on Voluum but it doesn't seem to let me click it.
1) Is there a formula you use to bid a certain amount? Or most of the time do you find your self using auction bidding?
2) If I am using auction bidding, how do I set up my costs for Voluum?
3) How do I set up costs in general for Voluum?

I'm new here and still learning, but I'll take a crack at this one. Cost tracking I don't think can be done automatically, the traffic that reaches Voluum can't know how many impressions/money spent it took to get that 1 click.
I think it can be done manually. Digging around on Voluum it seems the manual cost update was down earlier this year. I've asked Voluum late yesterday if it's been resolved. I'll let you know when I hear back.

For me it is down as of today and yesterday. I click on updating costs manually, type the amount in and nothing happens.

Take a look when you select add costs and the dates that appear on the dialog. I just realize that it selects one day by default, despite of what u had selected before.

Voluum sent over the following (many days ago, sorry for delay).

Manual cost update functions on the total amount of cost for a specific campaign and time frame. Say for example you have 25,000 visits recorded in a
Voluum campaign over a given time range (today) with a corresponding cost of $250. When applied each visit will be reflected with the cost of $0.01.
Make sure that when you are performing a MCU, that the cost is relative to how much traffic which was sent and recorded within a specific time range. It has to correlate to that which is recorded on the source to be accurate.
If you manually add costs on a daily basis, they should be summed up for every time range specified by you. Please note that your stats are shown with the "today" time range by default every time you log in.
Remember to use the same time zones and time range as your traffic source to have the cost updated accurately. (If the costs that you have on the source are recorded for i.e. today: 19/06/15 00:00 to 20/06/15 00:00 is $257. Then you will use the same time range and amount for the manual cost update.)
Note: MCU feature is designed to accept maximum 15 updates per hour. It will only be reflected on a per visit basis and won't be drilled down to a granular level. i.e. The variables from the source such as site id, keyword etc won't have the cost applied.

Is the MCU feature down at the moment? I can't seem to find the button anymore.
