Hi,
Is anyone else having issues with
1. Updating costs does not work.
i. Click on campaigns
ii. Update cost
iii. Click save
iv. Cost is not updated in campaign.
2. Adding a new offer does not work.
i. Click +New Offer from Offers page
ii. fill out the fields in offer dialogue
iii. Click save.
iv. Nothing happens. Dialogue goes away but the offer is not visible in the offer tab. Tried 3x.
3. Adding new landing page does not work
i. add a new lander
ii. click save
iii. system appears to save but the new lander is not there. Tried 3x
4. Conversions not recorded
i. 4 conversions were missing in
5. Exoclick cost tracking is way off, since I've added it as a TS 2 days ago.
i. Voluum reports $6569.50 in spend, but in reality it is $6.82
I've contacted support but don't think they work weekends. Fuck me blue and call me Susan.
