I'm trying to understand mobile web ads and i'm hoping you guys can help me. I know mobile networks like airpush and mobfox run mobile web ads but then so do the desktop networks when the device is mobile. How can I distinguish between publisher that show ads tailored for mobile web and those that dont? Can anyone comment on how I can find publishers that are showing mobile web ads from mobile networks?
