Quick question, what's the best way to go about targeting specific carriers in Zeropark? Or would I be better off using dynamic scripts that call out the carriers I'm looking for and redirecting everyone else.
Additionally, I think I read somewhere previously about a page detailing carriers in different countries and how many people use them, but cannot seem to find that information now when I need it. If anyone has any insight into this any help would be awesome.

You can exclude ISPs in My Account > IP/ISP Black List and leave only targeted carriers.
