Is this Media Buying (and if yes, what would you recommend)

Hey there media buyers,

I currently can get my hands on a promotion in the office field (a higher price office product >$100 with a nice commission) because I know the product creator pretty well.

I'm exactly his target group so I know a thing or two about what the audience wants... *lol*

Now I thought about promoting it using banner ads on forum sites etc. but I wonder if you have any recommnendation for "self service platforms" that also would work for such an offer (like professional training, accountant people etc.)??? I read a lot here about gaming offers but it seems this offer is somehwhat different...

Thanks in advance for your feedback

P.

If I understand correctly and you are asking what can be a good traffic source for such an offer, I think job seeking sites, professional forums (as you mentioned), Facebook groups of Uni graduates...

The more expensive a product is, the less effective online ads get. Online ads (banners, pops, etc) work best for free products or low-value, highly-impulsive purchases.

In the case of this product - its not clear what the product is to me - the targeting would have to be very specific which implies a lot of busdev (time searching and hunting down these placements) and probably limited possibilities to upscale.

For a B2B product with a value that is higher than 100$, I would definitely consider hiring a call center and close sales over the phone with your target group. This in case you can buy the phone numbers somewhere.

Or you make a sign up form, then online target your target group and ask them for their phone number, then call them (two-step sales process).
