1) Which offer type should I start with?

1. you can start with adult dating offers and also pin submits offers with adult content, I see a very good increase in these types of offers (pin Submits)

Especially when you start with Desktop is Eroadvertising also very nice. For cheap remnant traffic also Trafficshop.
Even when I work for a company doing mostly mobile offers with mobile billing I would start with PPL offers....

The offer to pick depends on the traffic sources you will use. If you work with pops go for big brand names, gambling, desktop downloads or video on demand.
Banners you can test everything, it all depends on the specific placement whether it will work or not. Always test small (100$) and be ready to upscale big and FAST once you see something works.
