Broken images on tapatalk

I dont know if anyone else has this issue, ir even uses the app, but I find that at least 80% of the images are just broken and cant be viewd. Is this a settings fault or is it just a bad app?

Been a long time problem. Don't think it'll be fixed anytime soon.

Also for quite some time now the thanks button is not working.

My Thanks work fine, never had that error, possibly a bug with the phone model since last update. Who knows

Now I also have the problem of broken images. I tried to contact Tapatalk support but they require a test acc to reproduce the error and find the solution. I think they should talk with some STM admin, who recommends to talk with?
