adcash "page not found" what can I do?

So I recently switched up landers to a better and more awesome looking sweep style lander. But I noticed even with this lander which was a huge improvement over my old one with a similar style my CTR blew. Less than 1% when I was averaging 5-7% with my other.

At first I didn't care because I was actually getting conversions with this new lander, but after signing up with adcash yesterday and trying to get my lander approved, they hit me with a disapproval and the reason was "page not found".

Which was odd because my Voluum link worked fine. So I hit them up through email and they keep telling me the "link doesn't work for mobile devices."

So I asked a bunch of people to pull it up, even used an emulator to test and the site comes up for everything. So I'm sitting here stumped because their support just tells me the same thing over and over and I have no idea what could be causing this problem.

Can anyone throw out some suggestions?

I'm kind of hoping there is some weird problem going on with my page where sometimes it isn't showing up because that would explain the terrible CTR. But I don't know what could be causing this problem.

I think adcash is annoying in terms of approving campaigns. I set up 3 offers on Wednesday they got rejected because i was using an agresive words (like you have a virus) so i changed it to "You might have a virus" so they approved them.

Then yesterday i realize that i had tracking tokens wrong on Voluum so i changed them and changed my link in adcash. Today i got an email saying that my campaigns are rejected for the same reason they were rejected the first time.

So today i had to change my wording again. I guess it depends on the reviewer but still is annoying.

Hello, please let me share our recent article on the campaign validation process.
It explains, what is and what is not allowed and how the process works.
Hope you will find it useful.

Thanks, but ive tried reaching out to your support about the issue. I got like 2 responses saying the same thing then nothing after asking what could be the problem. Everything works fine on my end but for some reason your approval team are the only people who can't get my landing page to show up.

Could it be a server problem? I setup a server about 5 days ago. Setup my own DNS servers for it with my new domain. Is it possible the pages arent loading for some areas because it isn't fully recognized yet (sorry dont know the term).

I've been using a site like https://www.browserstack.com/responsive

to do a test and sure enough only like 2 mobile previews load, the rest say fail to load. When i try the same test with the same lander on my shared hosting account they all load perfectly.

I'm trying to work with my hosting provider (beyond hosting) to figure out what's wrong but they seem clueless and are telling me the same thing "it works fine for me". Something is obviously wrong here so I'm trying to figure out what it could be.

edit: think I found the problem. The server I setup and the DNS I setup still hasnt fully propagated! I don't know how long this will take but I hope it won't take much longer. The good news is I was somehow getting clicks through and conversions even though after running a DNS test it said it failed in the country I was targeting.. So hopefully this means better results when it finally propagates.
