Leadimpact, Trafficvance and 50onred are the best ones to start with. I'd go for Leadimpact first.
I've said it before in a few other threads here on STM. Only 30% of success and making money depends on your bidding strategy on PPV, the other 70% is determined by the type of campaign (vertical) you will run. Best verticals on PPV are antivirus, finance/payday/insurance, dating and background checks. Hit me up on skype if you wanna get your hands on such campaigns!
