Signed up with them last week. I got asked for an ID and credit cards scans, so I sent those in. No response for days..I email them asking what's up and get this..

The support team likely had a compelling reason to reject your account. We want to approve everyone we can, and very, very rarely reject any accounts that submit proof of identity. I'm sure other STMers will back me up on that.
If you are confident that this was an accident on our part, I would be more than happy to work out a solution suitable for both parties. PM or email me if interested.
I sent off all my ID 3 days ago to no avail, ill resend it all now.

Still no reply, though I have had some marketing emails. Sent 3 times over the week, maybe im in the spam folder haha
I emailed it to you direst yesterday morning ill send it over again now, and no problem, im just happy we're getting sorted.
