Offers that don't allow custom banners or LPs?

Hello,

Just got a bit discouraged when I wrote copy, made a few banners, did some market research and created angles. Then realized I made the silly mistake of missing one single rule for running an offer, no custom banners or landing pages are allowed by the advertiser.

This offer is for PC gaming, only banners that the advertiser supplies are allowed.

Would you still run this offer? Do you guys recommend staying away from offers like this for a person new to mobile?

Personally I don't understand these offers. To me it looks like advertiser is simply trying to get somebody else to take the risk for funding their marketing. I understand the advertiser's point of view but they're in the wrong marketing channel with this approach and won't get much out of it.

When I see this, I say to myself "what a fucking morons they are" and move on to the next offer.

If they want someone pay money to run their banners, they can do it themselves or find some other idiot.

Thanks for your input guys! You're probably right. I'll move on to another offer with less restrictions like these.
