OH MY! Need lots of help... conversion tracking with mundo, popads, etc.

So I basically followed charles ngo's guide on setting up a Voluum campaign. I did everything right, had my AM at mundo go over the pixel link to make sure the values were setup correctly for their platform and put the pixel on the offer...

Voluum still isn't tracking conversions. Can anyone give me some advice on that? My tracking link looks like this

https://xxxxx.voluumtrk2.com/postbac...RANSACTION_ID%

Also im a newbie to voluum and im using popads for my first test. How the heck do you see which placements / websites are profitable for you? I can't even figure out how to even get to that part of voluum. I've been using prosper202 for years, but for some reason voluum feels so damn awkward and clumsy to figure out how to get detailed stats like site referrals. Unless there is something wrong with how I setup my tracking I can only really see impressions, clicks and ctr. I'm guessing all the detailed stuff is hidden somewhere I can't figure out...

Can someone please help me on this?

1. You don't need to pass back txid for a typical postback so remove that part.

2. Check in your Mundo stats to make sure Voluum Click IDs are actually appearing in the SUBID1 stats. It's good practice to pass unique IDs not as the first available subid but the importance of this varies with networks (if they are using CAKE marketing, do not us s1 for example).

3. If you don't have click IDs appearing in your stats as SUBID1, make sure your affiliate link (offers) in Voluum has e.g. ...&SUBID1={clickid}... in the URL

4. If 2 & 3 are fine, try firing the postback URL for a conversion yourself by loading your postback URL in your browser with a click ID added (copy & paste directly from Mundo). If it sends the conversion info fine then chances are either the token you used at Mundo's end is wrong or their system isn't firing it.

5. If in doubt, test the entire conversion flow yourself and look at the HTTP headers (use web console in Firefox or Chrome) to watch how data is being passed, confirm it all turns up network side in the columns/subids you expect, and then convert yourself and see what happens.

1. done

2. I don't think they are. under the report i downloaded from mundo, the only thing I'm seeing in the excel are clicktime, leadtime, and nothing else but clicks and leads. Nothing under the subid tables.

3. I didn't do that before, now i added it in mundo and its &subid1=clickid at the end. Do I need to put {clickid} or just leave it as it is?

4. tried doing the postback fire thing, but I just get error 400 bad request.

Sorry I never got the whole tracking thing in my 8 years of doing this. Prosper usually just put everything together for you, but setting up with Voluum has been a crash course for me so I'm a total noob when it comes to this stuff.

2.- You do not have any subids because you didn' t have &subid1={clickid} on your link

3.- You add &subid1={clickid}

Ok fixed that part now, but will that solve the problem of the actual pixel itself firing and conversions showing up in Voluum?

Yes you will se conversions. I had the same problem yesterday because i am new to Voluum too, and that fixed it.
