I want to start doing mobile traffic, however, I don't know which network to start with. Since so many people complain about Decisive traffic quality, it's not on my list. I have already signed up with go2mobi as well.
I notice that Airpush is not mentioned here very often so I would like to know what you guys think about it.
Airpush has lots of bot traffic. When you filter out bot traffic you will have trouble finding traffic there.
Go2Mobi is a good choice.
LeadBolt is another option.

I have a test budget of $2,000. Should I put the money in 1 network or spread over a few networks?
I think that you should try and spread over a few networks. Although thats not a huge testing budget but I think you would want to test several networks.
