Anyone else having issues with TrafficJunky stats? (4)
Hey guys,
I have started 2 new TJ campaigns last friday and left them to collect data during the weekend. I woke up today and I couldn't wait to start the first phase of the optimization proccess. I logged in and what to see - big part of data is missing - for example - showing clicks, but no any impressions tracked. Incorrect banner costs. Is it impossible to optimize my campaigns.

. My costs are around $800 and it is impossible to optimize my campaigns.
Also there is a huge overspend - $170, this wasn't my mistake, so do you think I should ask for refund?
Do you have problems with your TJ stats for the last 2-3 days? Do they show correctly?
I'm having problems as well. The stats aren't updating, but they're showing my ads and I'm still spending. I'm only running one banner so I don't have to worry about not being able to optimize, but it's very annoying indeed.
Yesterday I couldn't see my spendings at all, but today I can check out the "Fund Modifications" tab for the amount spent at least. I'm gonna send a ticket to figure out what's wrong. I have had some problems like this before, but they were pretty minor and it was only for a day. This has been going on for three days already...
