Recently i have started to promote Smartlation.com - Global Marketplace for translation services.
My mission is to bring sales, from 0 customers to the first 1000 (the website lunched few months ago).
Recently i’ve got a recommendation about this forum, and i am happy that i did, since i discover more and more great ideas & information here.
I hope some of you guys could help me with my current issue, which is marketing my product - human translation - to the international market.
With very high CPC at Adwords - I'm a bit lost.
To get people to order one translation job, usually cost around 100 clicks, And each of those - as you can guess - is redicilously expensive. We even promoted a Free 20$ coupons in order to encourage people to use the site, but without success.
The Translation Market is tricky, B2C Speaking, since nobody needs translation often, expect when they need it suddenly.
B2B Speaking - I can advertise smartlation to other translation agencies, since they are likely to use our services due to lack of translators or overloading of incoming jobs offers that they cant handle.
