What do you recommend to promote a market place for translations?
Hi members of this great forum. As I said in my presentation, I lack of marketing background, I have not knowledge or experience. We developed a great application to order translations according the client's priorities (Quality, Price, and Deadline). Despite the great advantages of our product, despite recognition by prestigious media like Forbes (and others), adwords, keywords, facebook etc. we don't success, we don't receive orders. Of course we didn't invest millions in propaganda but our app was designed really to be better than any other provided by the competition, starting by pricing. both for clients and for translators (new design and mobile app are on their way as more features like localization).
We don't know how to proceed to assure success soon as possible, of course, progressively, and that's why I registered at this forum. I would be very grateful if someone experienced in the field, with experienced success would give some recommendations and suggestions for our market.

it sounds like a useful tool the app you developed. In my opinion a marketing campaign can be more powerful if the content is locally adapted which might include translation - as long as it is done right.
So if you wish to promote your product building an affiliate program would be a good start, as usually affiliates are familiar with its usage and importance and should able to market it easier 
Regardless, I believe that a good place to promote your app would be the platforms that offer services of building websites or other tools for online use.
It's a great app that you have got there!I just feel that you are missing out on business because you are not choosing the right platform where you can market your product.Translation is something that every business is going to need especially as mentioned above in the website niche to adapt to different cultures.So yes your success lies in your marketing efforts.
