Should I black list ID 544989? I seem to be getting way more impressions from there than the others, no conversions of course. Any advice?
We need more context - what's the offer payout? How are the other placements doing? Are you getting conversions from those?

The offer payout is $2.30, and no conversions at all on any placements, I'm thinking I should cut the lander because I have 1,373 impressions and only 1 click to the offer page. But then again the campaign only ran for about 4 hours. Should I keep running more traffic to get more data? Or do I have enough statistical significance to cut the lander?

Again, without a comparison, you can't really cut anything at this point, because you're not getting conversions. So right now you don't know if it's the offer that's not converting, or the lander, or the placement. It's like sending out 3 new workers to get a job done, and when the job isn't done, you can't really fire any of them fairly because you have no record of their past performance. It's a catch 22 situation that my approach outlined in the thread above attempts to avoid as much as possible.
