1 big campaign or multiple smaller campaigns?

hello stackers!

I've heard different opinions on this and would like to hear your thoughts on this, especially from those who are more experienced:
do you prefer running 1 big campaign generating $1k/day profit or 10 smaller campaigns generating you $100/day each?

With 1 big campaign you can be more focused and less hassle of managing multiple campaigns but once the offer goes down, you have to start from scratch again. With 10 smaller campaigns, it takes more time to optimize and manage but if 2-3 offers go down, you are still in the black and can start new campaigns without emotional swings...

comments? thanks!

I guess it depends on you mostly, but I would say 10 smaller campaigns. Its just more stable.

As you said, imagine all you have is one campaign (top campaign) but it goes down (for any reason). Now you are down to nothing.

If the profit is the same, why not spread your work so that you will be less exposed to offers getting paused/stop working?

I totally agree with affiliaxeoran. Splitting the campaign into multiple will allow you to test more GEOs as well as find quality traffic. If you're shotgunning across the market, it will let you test and pinpoint what campaigns work where. If you want to be more specific in one vertical (such as adult or mobile) it will let you change up creatives to see what font, colour, etc that will work best, eventually letting you push one campaign when it really matters to bring in the green.

Plus it will help you abandon the campaign with ease, in case it is not working. If you only have the one, it will be harder to flush what you've spent.

Good Luck
