Mundomedia, Advidi, F5media, Affiliaxeaxe, smash revenue. I know affilaxeaxe had a promo if you brought in 5K in September they would give you 1K as a thank you lol. Not sure of the details though. I quickly over read the email that was sent out.
Some of these networks have a 1k min limit payout.
I think if you have 1 or 2 networks as a start, run traffic through them and build a relationship with them first. Remember when you making 0 revenue these people went of out there way to help you get you started .

As you mentioned togethernetworks, I guess you ask for direct adverisers rather than aff networks. Keep in mind its often better to go through an affiliate network when you are starting out, only go direct once you have your shit together. But the call is yours, so here are a few you can choose from :

togethernetworks, insparx (cdate), dateprofits, datinggold, adultfriendfinder ...

Yes, I am asking about advertisers, offer owners. I understand, it's just so I know when I chose offer that these guys have proven past in making good landing pages and converting

Start out on an affiliate network (you can find most offers of insparx, togheternetworks)
Make it work on CPL and get your data -> go direct to the advertiser and try to get a better CPL payout or go CPS.
I wouldn't start going direct.

Our biggest geos are English-speaking countries, but we also have FRA, ITA, SE, NO, DK and FI offers

Yes, when I look at the offer BeCoquin it's for France, but in English language. I've noticed the same for Sweden, Finland.Does it convert that way?

Our pages are responsive to users' browser language preferences. This is probably what's causing this confusion on your end. Locals see the LPs in their respective languages.
