Conversions from Mundo not showing in Voluum

Hey guys,
We started to work with MundoMedia recently, and we see conversions in MundoMedia itself.

Unfortunately conversions not showing in Voluum.

Another question we have, we uploaded conversions manually to Voluum. This worked well, but unfortunately these conversions dont show any payout. Any possibility to fix this afterwards?

The only mistake I see is in your mundo-to-voluum postback, where &p=%AMOUNT% should be &payout=%AMOUNT%.

Did you paste that postback in the "Server-to-Server Pixel:" area? That's where it should be, not the "Regular Pixel:" area.

Other than that - your conversions should be posting back! AFAIK, as long as the click ID in both links are passed using the correct variables, postback should work. If it still doesn't, you should ask your AM to take a look.

I don't know how you can update payouts for previous conversions. Anyone else?

We changed it now to this one:

Will leave it as a global one and remove it from the campaign postback. Lets wait for some more conversions, so far still no more conversions in Voluum added.

I have it as p and not payout. works fine. Just deleted the txid part, not sure what that is lol

If it does, do you use it as a global postback or in the campaign postback?

Could you also give an example of your offer link? It still doesnt work and even our AM is telling us, this is the right setup

Maybe you should check the link you use on your lander. Is it the offer Url you use or the Voluum click link?

This works fine for me.

And no I don't think you can over ride manual conversion. You should have put your 'clickid, payout.'
For example. dSRQI62A51UK2N7N04J7NMF, 2.0

Ok, maybe this is a stupid question but yesterday was my first day using Voluum.

I setup CNAME and that but when i get my postback URL i get the original URL (http://xxxx.voluumtrk.com/postback?c...D1%&p=%AMOUNT%)

So, do i need to change this

http://xxxx.voluumtrk.com/postback?c...D1%&p=%AMOUNT%

to

http://tracker.mydomain.com/postback...D1%&p=%AMOUNT% ?
