Cannot Signup on Voluum
I have been trying to create my Voluum account for 2 days now and am getting errors at the payment stage every time. I've tried 2 different credit cards and PayPal on 2 different browsers.
Is anyone else struggling to create a Voluum account right now? This is very frustrating for a $xxx service. Is this an indication of how Voluum does business? Should I consider a different Tracking solution? Thank you for your feedback.

Have you contacted their support team?
There are other tracking solutions out there, but I would presume contacting the support team would be the first step when you have a problem with any company's solution.

It's not really fair to assume Voluum is "bad at business" because you couldn't make a payment. For all we know you're in the middle of Papua New Guinea trying to use credit cards from China and it's simple anti-fraud measures.
Talk to their support directly about it first, that would be the reasonable approach to business.

That's the first thing I did. No phone number, I used their message system. No email confirmation receipt or indication I'd be helped, so I checked here.

Hearing that this could be a typical mishap I won't judge them. The errors persist for hours so I wanted to check with STM.
I'll wait to hear from their support team, hope I didn't come off like a jerk, just trying to hop this hurdle, thanks guys.

I would suggest you give it a few working days. It is the weekend after all, and I don't think most companies whether in AM or elsewhere offer immediate responses to support queries, especially over the weekend.

I've sent a response to the support ticket which you submitted over the weekend.
Kindly check your inbox and let me know if you have any further issues on your end.
Also, apologies if you felt frustrated with the lack of response over the weekend.
Our support hours are currently limited to 09:00am - 18:00pm | Mon - Fri (UTC+2)
