It sounds like to me you are looking for "Churn and Burn" style rankings. If that's the case you can search for SAPE style links. People who source them
from the .ru marketplace usually filter them for you and it cost $1.50 or so per link. You can get them way cheaper yourself if you have a friend that can
sign up for you or if you are comfortable handing over your passport ID to the marketplace.
