Is there a way to have an account manager there? Or I have to have big numbers for that?

Yeah i'd just create a separate campaign for each (Popup and Popunder).
There's also the BID token, to see how much you pay for each unique impression (Usefull to know around what bid you get the most conversions)
And when you get the VIP status over there you will get the owner's Skype. You can ask him whatever you like and he'll help you out, but there's no ''Dedicated account manager''
