- Should i use this?
- Does this influence my cpc too much?
- Or should i add this 'click here' in my image? Or should i do this anyways?

Think its something you will just have to test.. nobody knows whether it will do better or not for your particular offer/angle. Give it a go and report back!

From my tests, if you are doing it on mobile is not necessary, on pc is different people can click on your link (live one) or through the image.
For mobile sometimes I use something like "tap on the image to..."
