I've set up several campaigns, the first one went well and I was able to get impressions, but for some reason the other ones I have made never got any impressions with pretty much the same exact settings. I waited for a couple hours before messing with it. I even increased the CPM to like $15 for australian traffic and still nothing. Does any one else have this problem? Could I be fucking up a setting somewhere? I'm trying to do pop-under for mobile.
I'm guessing that you're using self serve?
I wonder if this is similar to your predicament, but..
I always face this problem whenever I unpause existing campaigns. The impressions will not deliver. I suspect it's a bug or some kind back in their system.
After tinkering around I realized that by changing your budget options (Daily budget/Unlimited Budget/Total budget), saving the campaign up, and wait another few more minutes, this way it will somewhat force the campaigns to start back up. If it fails, change another option, save and wait again. It's a little bit waste of time but that works for me.
It's kinda like an old engine sputtering back to life
Hope it helps in your situation
Thanks I'll try that next time, I got frustrated and deleted the campaign LOL. Now I need to wait for approval again.
I have this same problem and I've tried the things adsflo said but still not getting any impressions. I guess I have to wait for next week.
It's unpredictable. You follow what adsflo said, maybe it works, maybe not. however, if you can manage to get your campaign running. traffic is pretty stable.
diltsi, yes. It's really unpredictable, sometime it takes me a lot of tries before it gets started. But... I gotta say it always worked for me though, just that it takes up a hell lotta time. Wish it could be fixed but meh..
Not just that, just letting you guys know I found out that the blacklist whitelist system is a little bit flawed too. I just can't prevent a few campaigns from targeting the wrong preset whitelists. Erased, saved, rechecked, boom the wrong thing's back in there.
It's a good start on the self serve but I guess we just still need to have patience while they thrash out a more stabler version for us
That depends. But I'd say 10 times is about there.
Try changing the values too. Daily budget 50, total budget 100, unlimited spend, daily budget 100, etc.
Disclaimer again: I don't even know if this is why it works for me, but just that I managed to force them back up again. The campaigns were working fine before I paused them. Only after unpausing the impressions did not deliver.
Hello,
You will help us make Self-Service better, if you report all bugs via email contact@adcash.com.
We need to analyse your accounts and all the cases, when self service did not work for you.
The more feedback we receive, the better the product will be.
Thanks in advance.
Can somebody from ADCASH add me to Skype? We are having some problems with your system setup.
Thank you in advance!
