Was hesitant to do a follow along, but hey... lets see how this goes. I do online marketing for a career, but haven't ventured into AM.
I am starting with 1 mobile game install, that is strictly only on IOS.
Traffic Source: leadbolt, decisive
Payout: $1.50
Offer: Casual Game, like flappy bird.
Geo: JP, KR or NZ, AUS
Tracking: Voluum
Angle: Tough to have an angle on a casual game like this, but Ill see what happens.
$20 a day on both networks.
I will be direct linking right now to see how things go. I have Voluum set-up. Seems to be working.
I'm using creatives that were offered by my affiliate program to get my feet wet, and make sure I have everything set-up. Ill re-evaluate this once I see some traffic trickling in.
I'm still pretty skeptical on if my conversion postback is working correctly though. We shall see. I grab a sub-id from my affiliate network, and slap it into the clid. And it generates a conversion. So seems to be working. That said, still don't understand how to get my costs from decisive or leadbolt into voluum.
Will update everyday.
Update: Leadbolt ads have been approved. Holding on tight.
Update2: Decisive ads have been approved. Awe shit. Hope my tracking is working. Fingers crossed.
How is Leadbolt? Is it similar to Decisive?

my 2 cents ....for many professional app marketers, JP, KR and TW are a NO GO (way too expensive/competitive).
