Regarding Qwaya:
Normally i would be able to create a unpublished post add by creatig a post on my page.

What is the difference between a facebook add 'link add' on qwaya VS the unpublished page post on facebook ? Also, normally you would just create a 'facebook add' in ads manager. but now it looks like exactly like a unpublished facebook 'link ad' in qwaya.

If you select unpublished page post in Qwaya, you'll be able to select an EXISTING ad (via post id or just the UI)
If you select link ad in qwaya you will create a NEW ad (that then is a unpublished post)

Perhaps its a glitch that Qwaya can't recognize your unpublished page post? You can also try taking the post id from the 'saved draft'/new unpublished post and see if qwaya can recognize it that way.
i asked the helpdesk, and it was an issue, they fixed it....
