This is mainly for the OG's and the guys who are doing pretty well with mobile.
If you had $10K (or even $20k) and had to start out from the beginning, what would you do differently?
Reason I ask is because I know a lot of people start out boot strapped, so the approach is a little different.... but what if your not?

I'm far from being a super pro in mobile but i've had my good campaigns.
First thing i'd do would be reach out to more people (Masterminds, mentor, AMs, Tsource reps, etc.)
People is one of the most important asset in this business from what I have noticed!
I'd stick with choices I make more
I think the only difference is you can scale up volume faster when you hit gold and/or afford to test $30+ per lead offers a bit more. But even at 10-20k I wouldn't test that unless I had prior experience I think or I was breaking even near the start (like after ripping someone in diet, doing a test run and I break even then sure even if its a high payout I'll keep going).
I would have signed up with spy tools faster, moved over to better ad networks. All in an attempt to give myself more advantages. I also would set my budget to at least 100/day per offer.
