Spying with VPN + Mobile Emulator vs. Chrome/Firefox Mobil View (3)

Although I am a huge newbie, I've noticed that when you are using chrome mobile view, a new popup isnt set to mobile and throws your regular user agent so this is a pain. I have a UA spoofing extension to get a round it but a little bit of hassle.

As long as your user agent is set to a correct mobile device, either will work fine. I use Opera Mobile Mini Browser Emulator to make things easy.

If I'm not mistaken it is to emulate the load speed. It's not tied to any carriers

You can set UA there in chrome, right below the Network dropdown selection (see OP's post screenshot)
