Hellooo guys,

Is there any tips？ I have tested on TR offers on Exo, currently the bid the $0.12. I have waited one day, but there is not too much traffic. Should I increase the bid? Should I wait for more days to see the data to decide if
I should change the offer? I have tested on RON traffic.

so far we had very bad results on TR in exo, maybe you want to test another geo?

and to split test offers u probably want like at least 10 conversions on the best offer? so you might want to reduce the number of offers u are running to 2-3 so u can get significance within 1-2 days.

statistical significance is very important when cutting offers, otherwise u might as well roll a dice and cut whichever

What's the payout on the offers? That's a very important element in approximately calculating whether you're near statistical significance yet.

@acepowermarketing, thanks for your reply and tips. Since I am just starting AM so don't have much experience on Exo. Do you have any other GEO suggested? I have tested other offers in TR only got one conversions on the condition that I have spent more than $20. My friend suggests me to test the best banner and LP first. But I have no idea which country to start. It will be great if you could give me some hint on the GEO. I have registered many affiliate networks but their top offers varies. It will be kind of hard for me to select the offers.

@caurmen, thanks for asking. The five offers payout are different! Two of them is $0.8, one is 1.35, one is 2.2 and the last one is 4. May I know how do you suggest testing on Exo? I have read the others advice on Exo but still cannot get clue which country will be better for a newbie to start on Exo.

I always suggest to test any offer for a 100$ before making any decisions OR until you get at least 100 clicks on a banner or 10K impressions on a pop.

Do not run tests in RON, especially not on exo. There is alot of sites that have too much bots/shady traffic. Pick a smaller premium spot and run there.

Its hard to recomend you a GEO since you are just starting out. In this phase, you need to learn how it all works and get some data to play with, doesnt matter what GEO you choose, the fundamentals are the same in all of them from the most part.

@Matuloo, yes, what you mentioned just the same like my friend told me. He told me I should learn how to pick the Geo and select the offers. As per the premium sites, yes, I found that small websites eat some budget so now, I will focus on 2 offers on premium sites only! I will let you guys the update tomorrow!

I wouldn't recommend testing all offers to $100 unless you have a considerable enough budget that it's more hassle to worry about individual statistical significance than to conserve $50 or so.

Generally, on Web and on individual placements, I'd recommend testing an offer to 4x payout. If you're new at this, you might want to expand that a bit to 6x payout or so, to take into account the fact that you're likely to be running at -ve ROI whilst you're learning. Do bear in mind the CTR you're getting from ads and landers too - if you're only getting a 5% CTR on your lander or none of your ads achieve a CPC that could realistically take you to profit, don't cut offers until you fix those problems.

100$ for each offer sounds a lot to me.

Should you change to other countries? What is the offer? Does your network(s) have it for other GEOs?
Ask your AM to try and give you some info regarding how well this offer is doing (or not doing) in Turkey and in other GEOs.

Can you show the conversion data for those banners and those landers too (if you've had any conversions)? That'll help us give you ideas of what to do next.

Also, was this campaign on a single placement or across a range of placements?

If you haven't had ANY conversions yet on that spend, then something's wrong and I definitely wouldn't continue as you are doing. Changing offer, placement or geo would be a good idea at that point - probably offer first.

I'd also recommend checking the placement you're using to see if it's mostly bot traffic - http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...367#post180367 . If it's all bots, then it's new placement time
