Spying Tools and How Do i Spy? (3)
Hi,
I have some general questions about tracking solutions and how to use tracking. SO here they are...
1. For mobile sweeps/Pin-Submits what is the best spying software?
2. Whats a good amount of money to pay for a good spying software(1off basis and/or monthly?)
3. How do i use spying tools effectively, since won't most ads be saturated if everyone is spying on everyone (Even after tweaking creatives/LP etc)
4. Will spying really help me out that much when starting out VS. creating my own creatives and testing those.
5. Main benefit of using spy tools (Does it give you ideas for angles etc?)

1) I've been using mobileadscout for my mobile spying and I've had some decent luck with it. It has it's warts but it's been great for me so far. There's a coupon code posted in another thread that you can use to get a significant discount.
2) whatever they charge I think you can expect to spend over $100 a month but less than $300 from what I've seen so far. I just view it as the cost of doing business.
3) you use the spy tool just to see what lps and angles are working. the idea is to take that knowledge and expand on it, tweak it on your own lps to see if you can do better.
4) it's helped me out!! it's given me a starting point instead of me spending who knows how much in trying to find out what works vs what doesn't
5) i think 3 covers this pretty well. it gives you an idea of what is possibly currently working, effectively giving you a head start vs going on your own.
