FB closed my advertising account. No chance to get a new one?
Hello everyone,
I have a quick question.
I was advertising an affiliate offer on FB thinking that if I do not mention how much money
the visitors visiting my landing page could make it would be fine.
It used to be ok a year ago but not anymore and FB permanently shut down my
advertising account without giving me a second chance.
I am wondering whether there are any ways to get a FB advertising account in the future.
I worked for Amazon.com so I know how good their tracking was. If you got banned from selling on Amazon and tried
to open a new seller account, they would shut it down immediately. They tracked your IP and debit cards.
Not sure how it is with FB.
Maybe using another profile with a new debit card would help? Anybody had the same experience?
Many thanks,
Vierka

I would not say you have no chance, but you will have to jump through a lot of hoops.

Are you married or do you have a business partner?
Use his/her name + credit card + delete your cookies + use another IP (a proxy IP)
I think that should work

You mention you worked for Amazon.
Just imagine you have been banned from Amazon and you want to open a new account. Pretty much the same thing with FB.
It's a hassle. A big one.

Team up with someone to supply you accounts.
Plenty of sellers are still around..

Register through the business manager .
Use a different email and payment method.
What you can do within the business manager is set up different ad accounts ( like you do with Google Adwords My Client Center).
What I do is set up different ad accounts for different projects. This way if one of my ad accounts get banned the rest of them don't have any issues

Pretty sure even if you use business manager and one of your accounts get banned, all of them gets banned...

Can confirm false - at least if it is a soft-ban.
I had an account for promoting the STM page posts in my core BM. The account got disabled because of... wait for it... those dicks at MyWoT.
Several rants later, that account is still disabled and hamstrings my entire BM - cannot make new accounts even though my BM has a limit of 1000, cannot delete the account because it is disabled, FB seems to not be able to do much about it even though I have talked to some very helpful support reps.
Yet my other 3 accounts in the same BM have gone completely unharmed.

Thats very interesting. Usually if my account gets banned on BM, the other accounts don't work anymore. Are they all on the same funding source?

stmforum.com has a red rating on MyWoT = automatic FB ad disapproval.

No the banned account was a different funding source and details, but otherwise was accessed by me, shared custom audiences, etc.

Ok awesome, so I assume when you create the BM you add a new account and then from that new account you add the funding source. Sometimes I've been adding the funding source through the main BM page and I think that links it to all the accounts?

Yeah I would advise doing it per account rather than saving details BM-wide to then assign to accounts directly.

So one of my accounts from BM got banned just a few hours ago. Was running 100% white hat stuff at only $200 a day. It looks like its a soft ban and I can still login to the account. Just says "account is deactivated"
I have one more account in my BM attached to a different card and I tried to use that and it doesn't allow me to create any ads. Looks like I can unpause the ads I have already made though.
It also doesn't allow me to create anymore accounts in BM

Probably you're too fast spending your budget with new ad account...

If you have a disabled account in your BM then you can't add new accounts - all accounts have to be in good standing, it's a super pain in the butt.
FYI you can create a new Business Manager on the same personal user, just go to business.facebook.com.
