So I’ve been scouring the STM mastermind groups, and very few have caught my eye, so I’ve decided to start my own!
Mastermind Goal
Okay, for this mastermind I'm looking for people who are just starting in Mobile AM. In particular those doing PIN submits and following the mobile cookbook approach. Me personally, I’ve launched 2 campaigns with no profit as of yet. So I’m looking to create a mastermind group of highly motivated hustlers, who won’t stop till they succeed!
In terms of numbers, I want a group of 5-8 people, not too many. We’re focusing on quality over quantity! And in terms of AM development, I’m looking for people who are at a similar stage to myself.
Skills (an awesome idea that I ripped from another mastermind group)
I want this group to have members with a variety of skills, so it’d be great if you highlight your capabilities in the following:
Rank 0-5, with 0 = no knowledge, 1= basic, 2= intermediate, 3 =advanced, 4=mastery – mine are in brackets.
a) Photoshop/image editing/design skills (2)
b)Creativity/Angle Creation (3)
c) Web Design e.g. HTML/CSS/MUSE (2)
d) Programming e.g. Javascript (2)
e) Analytical thinking e.g. data analysing/excel skills (2)
g) English language skills (4)
Now, in terms of time zones, I’m based in the UK (GMT), so would prefer group members to be +/- 3hr around that. Furthermore, I’m employed full time, so often will only be available on evenings and weekends.
From what I’ve been reading, a lot of masterminds fall apart as people aren’t willing to share info about their campaign. So, for those who partake in this OPENESS IS KEY. I will share everything about my campaigns (banners, lp’s, everything!), and I expect all group members to do the same.
Mastermind Rules
- We will look to have a 2 hour meeting every week. Attendance is mandatory, unless group is warned ahead of time of absence (1 day minimum).
- There will be a chairperson for every meeting; this role will rotate every week. The chairperson’s role is to ensure we stick to the agreed topics of conversation, as well as noting down key decisions.
- No interrupting during meetings, everyone is allowed ample time to speak
- All group members must be open and honest and leave ego’s at the door. We’re all here to learn, so be glad when somebody critiques your banners/lps/whatever. Every little helps!
- Discussion topics are agreed ahead of the meetings
NOTE: The meetings will be carried out on Skype, and I’ll also create a Facebook group for this mastermind.

I am glad I found this thread!
I am just starting out in AM as well and will be going with mobile. I am going to start the Mobile Appetizer cookbook.
1) I'm from New York, United States but recently moved to Florida, United States. I'm 27. I have a background in graphic design (went to school for it) but switched over to digital marketing (mainly SEO) not too long ago. I have attempted AM in the past but this time I'm going to get a serious go. Certain things (like tracking) just ended up clicking for me recently.
2) I am the type of individual that doesn't like to be stifled creatively. I want to work for myself knowing that the pay is proportionate to the amount of effort I put in.
3) I am just starting out. I have attempted to delve into AM in the past with no success as I didn't commit as I should have. Being a part of a mastermind group would help immensely in holding myself and others accountable.

- Money, this is the only reason and what comes with it: freedom, traveling a lot, working for myself and not for a company where you are a slave and work for salary.
3) What is your current AM experience
- I jumped to non-incent cpa not so long time ago. I did Content Locking (content marketing, seo, viber & whatsapp marketing etc..) bussiness.

Started out 2 years ago in AM and after 4 months hit my first 10k from YouTube traffic.
Still new to Mobile but very DETERMINED to scale up through paid advertising asap!
