Best way to learn how to set up tracking top to bottom? (3)

I've read through most guides on here and I've been accepted to several networks. I'm ready to start promoting offers via pops (Zeropark) using RubyTunes guide.

I will be using Voluum.

Two things I want to be come solid on before starting:

1. Hosting (and modifying a spied) a mobile lander correctly
2. How to set up Network Offer(ie. F5)/Tracker/Traffic Source/Landing Page correctly

What would be the best way for me to learn how to do this fairly quickly so I can start a follow along?
