I was running 4 tech support calls accounts under MMC and they all were suspended one after one. I talked to Adwords team they said they can't do anything because tech support calls are not allowed. More specifically Adwords guy said remote support is not allowed.
When I type "tech support for pc" from mobile I see dozens of similar ads. Call only campaigns don't have landing page so don't know if they are direct advertisers or not.
I have no experience with popup ads and haven't tried Bing for PPC. I am going to check Bing today. I know Bing won't beat Adwords and they don't have Call only ads feature which makes even more harder for me to track conversions.
I think popup ads will be expensive unless I make aggressive landers (which i don't know).
What do you guys suggest now? Need help to get in the business again.
Try pops on adcash and propeller with very agressive landers. Most affiliates rip their landers so you can either develop your own, or rip-it.
Testing Bing and Yahoo could be great. CPCs will definitely be lower, and in some countries (eg france, japan, etc) both have massive (search) traffic.
Another option is to start blackhat on GDN but that's just a short term strategy IMO

Propeller is managed or they have self-serve? What kind of budget do they want?
Most affiliates we see are still using Facebook as a major source if you have the ability to keep getting new accounts - just like google the ban hammer always comes.
