I am working on couple of tech support calls. I am doing A/B test. Calls without IVR are somewhat converting to 5%-8% but with IVR none is converting for me. I see 40 seconds connect time and 0 minutes conversion time. I checked calls myself and found nothing wrong.
I am also getting 2 seconds calls which is quite annoying and costing me good money as well. Feels like accident clicks. I am promoting campaigns on Adwords.
I need tips how to optimize my PPC campaigns. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You should ask your network if you can listen to the IVR.
