Does anyone know? I heard good things about BoxOfAds.

Trying not to spend too much here but I guess that's unavoidable.

Yeah that's a great question. what do you guys/gals recommend for led gen/pin pops spying tools?

I'm doing the wrw trial but don't see pop landers.

Use vpn + and mobile emulators in browser to spy on anything you want. There are some tricks you can use to spy on specific placements on specific traffic sources.
But for beginner all you need is a popular "free" site like torrent or free apk, vpn and device emulator.

For spying on landers, I'd highly recommend Mobile Ad Scout (make sure to use the discount code!)

For intelligence data, nothing beats WRW.

And don't forget to use SimlarWeb.com whatever you do! Even on a free account there's a lot you can find out. (I haven't upgraded to a paid account yet so if anyone has please enlighten us on how cool it must be!)

And of course you can manually spy to websites that have popups/unders. My favorite to do this for zeropark, is to set up a TARGET campaign - approaching the end of the process they'll give you a ton of placements to choose from. Simply copy and paste the giant list of urls someplace and start surfing! You can do similar spying on other pop sources as well but I'm not going to give away Egor's tricks (this guy's a genius at spying) - and I trust that the methods listed above will already give you more info than you can handle.

Only way I know to get live data is to spy manually. You see exactly what runs in this moment.

Of course, spy tools are more convenient. But being comfortable is an competitive disadvantage, especially in the beginning.

I've tried some spy tools, the results don't even come close to manually spying. As well, with manually spying almost all lander/ripping protection fails. You actually see whats running, not what some smart affiliate wants you to see.

I'm currently developing a tool focused on mobile pops and redirects.

It's in quite early alpha stage, but if someone is interested to get on a beta user list, just hit me up via PM and we'll get you setup once we start the first round.

Whatrunswhere, similarweb or Alexa are good places to get started.

But if you want to spy on pops chances are big you'll find the campaigns you're looking for by browsing all the torrent, filesharing and streaming sites. Those are the big affiliates of main pop networks like adcash, propeller, etc. Remark: the pos will be geo-targeted to the geo you are in, so if you want to see other countries you'll have to use a proxy ip

A VPN is a must for sure when spying on geos other than the one you're located in. I've used HMA for years and love how it has every geo I ever needed and will probably ever need.

Also - for anyone who needs to spy on pop landers - here are some urls from zeropark to get you started:

Checkout overplay.net. $10 a month for their DNS + VPN service. Lots of geo's world wide to choose from. And you can use it on your smartphone to browse from other countries. I originally got it to manually test mobile offers from other countries.

Thanks for this list Vortex! I was wondering though, what is the difference between placements and targets?

08-29-2015 07:54 AM #13 izzy (Member)

Thanks Vortex. How did you get those - or work out what the real site was?

08-29-2015 09:30 AM #14 mminsk (Member)

@thien425

You set up a campaign with all the targeting you intend on having. Say US, Android traffic, etc. ZP then suggests a list of placements for the targeting you selected beforehand.

But how can I spy subscription offers using vpn? Some of ad networks allow to target by carriers and all carriers have their own ip adresss pool. For example, if someone target local carrier in France, then I need to use one ip from this carrier's ip pool.

I was fortunate enough to be allowed a sneak peek into fjk87's new tool! It may be too early to say anything, but I can tell that it's extremely promising and I know that the price point will probably be a pleasant surprise for most people. Looking forward to beta!

If you start a TARGET campaign on zeropark you'll be shown a list of actual urls and not site identifiers.

Thanks this makes sense, but I meant from the list that Vortex provided, there is a column with target URLs and a column with placement URLs, I was just wondering if there is a difference between the 2 types of URLs.

Haha sorry placement and target are the same thing. Don't know why I labelled them differently.

Thanks for sharing this info. I mentioned that many sites can be found by using request in google like "download mp3", "apk games" etc

Hi Amy,

How do you usually spy the url from zeropark?

To be exact, do you use an actual mobile phone to spy? or do you use desktop browser with agent switcher?

I tried to use desktop browser with agent switcher, but it did not work well. Either there is no pop up, or has pop up but the pop up page did not load (blank page).

Thanks!

Dropbox link is down. Perhaps DB server is down. Can you reupload?

If you're looking to promote mobile offers, definitely use your phone to spy. For desktop offers spy from your desktop.

Plus if you want to see geo-specific landers, use a VPN.

I'm not familiar with agent switchers - I simply spy from my phone.

There is a cool extension for Firefox mobile that lets you save the lander.
Or you can just copy a link and use a software Httrack

VPN of your choice.

Easy to copy-paste links and rip landers from there.

Thanks!

I'm running into this issue;

i'm using the vpn to set up the target country of my choice. that works fine. but the torrent sites are sluggish and super slow and most don't even work..

edit: found tv streaming / movie streaming sites work really well. happy spying
